Every year there is a Spring registration event in the month of June and a Fall registration in the month of August. The registration takes place in the Tuscany Club and is announced on this web site and through signs along the entrance ways to our Tuscany community.

We are looking for new kids (and volunteers) to join the program throughout the year! Don't wait too long, as the younger sections can get booked up quite early.

The Tuscany Scout program is run by volunteers, mostly parents, like you. It is a lot of fun to work with a group of kids! You should consider joining us as a volunteer leader! If you don't have any experience, no problem... training opportunities are readily available at no additional cost, offered by Scouts Canada. If you are not able to commit to become a leader, please consider to help out in one of our committees, many hands make light work, and it is great way to get to know your neighbours!

Registration Fees are as follows:

  • $160* on or Before June 30
  • $180* from June 30 onwards
  • $105* Half year Registration (received from Jan 1 onwards)
  • $100* 3rd and subsequent child per family anytime

*consists of Scouts Canada Registration + $12 for Tuscany Scouts Storage Rental

The registration fees paid by you upon registering for the program are the fees set by Scouts Canada to cover the national and regional organization's expenses, including insurance. The registration fees paid by you go directly 100% to the Scouts Canada organization, not to the Tuscany Group. A $12 uplift on the registration fee is kept by the group and is used to pay for our group's equipment storage facility. At the time of registration three postdated fundraising deposit cheques will be required in the amounts of $150.00, $150.00 and $200.00.
